All of La Veneta’s products (except for aromatic herbs) can be washed so as to be ready to eat (IVth range). Produce is carefully washed and selected, dried and packed in a sealed package ready to be tasted.

Washing is done with a new technology with the use of water and Ozone, this technique as opposed to the washing done with chlorine gives a product which is hygienically safer, it has a longer use by date and does not have any foul taste and residual odours.
